PDP Faces Growing Post-Primary Discontent in Ikenne as Internal Crisis Deepens
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ikenne Local Government may be approaching one of its most challenging moments in recent political history as discontent stemming from the party's recent primary elections continues to fuel uncertainty over its future in the area. What began as dissatisfaction over the conduct of the primaries has gradually evolved into a broader conversation about the party's internal cohesion, with some members alleging that the exercise was marred by bias, unfairness and the imposition of preferred candidates across parts of Remo Federal Constituency.
