Dr. Rasak Olusola Sotayo (Solebo), Chairman of ROMO threatened a party member during a political gathering. Dr. Sotayo’s statement was only directed at addressing the conduct of a Ward Secretary whose actions have consistently lacked support for the collective struggle and preparations leading to the primary election. His remarks were organizational and disciplinary in nature and never intended as a threat to any individual. It is unfortunate that certain individuals are attempting to twist the narrative for political propaganda and to create unnecessary tension within the party. Alh. Dr. Rasak Olusola Sotayo remains a committed advocate of peace, party unity, and democratic engagement. We therefore urge the public and party members to disregard the false p...
