The inauguration ceremony took place on Tuesday, June 3, 2026, at the union's secretariat located in Carwash, Abeokuta, where newly elected officials were formally sworn into office to begin a three-year tenure. The inaugurated executives comprise Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and Secretaries drawn from various branches of the union across the state.
