Today, August 6, 2025 marks exactly one year since Otunba Taofeek Sokoya (a.k.a DANKU) assumed the mantle of leadership as the Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners And Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) in Ogun state.  Before his unanimous election by the State Executive Council and branch chairmen on August 6, 2024, Otunba Sokoya had served meritoriously as the union’s Public Relations Officer (PRO). His rise to the helm was occasioned by the resignation of the former Chairman, Otunba Nurudeen Aina Alowonle, leaving a vacuum only one man seemed adequately prepared to fill.
