AMORAN Chairman, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya Felicitates Ogbeni Afolabi Odulate On His Birthday

The Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN), Otunba Taofeek Sokoya (a.k.a Danku), has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Chairman of Sagamu Local Government, Ogbeni Afolabi Odulate, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a congratulatory message issued on Monday, Otunba Sokoya described Ogbeni Odulate as a progressive-minded leader whose commitment to grassroots development and people-centered governance continues to earn him admiration across the local government. 

He noted that under Ogbeni Odulate’s leadership, Sagamu Local Government has witnessed remarkable strides in all-round development, making him a symbol of purposeful leadership.

"On behalf of the leadership and members of our great union in Ogun State, I warmly celebrate a visionary leader and grassroots politician per excellence, Ogbeni Afolabi Odulate, on his birthday. Your dedication to service and integrity in leadership  are worthy of commendation," Otunba Sokoya said.

He prayed for continued wisdom, strength and divine grace for the celebrant as he steers the affairs of the local government and contribute to the broader progress of the Gateway State.

"May this new chapter of your life bring greater accomplishments and fulfilment as you continue to serve with distinction," he added.

In what appears as transition of leadership, Otunba Taofeek Sokoya (a.k.a Danku) has been unanimously voted as the new Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN). This follows the resignation of Otunba Aina Nurudeen Alowonle, who stepped down to pursue his 'lifelong ambition'.  During an emergency meeting held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, the state executives of AMORAN addressed the resignation letter submitted by Otunba Alowonle.
