BREAKING: #JusticeforMohBad protest hits Abeokuta

Justice for late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Alabama aka MohBad protest on Tuesday hit major roads in Abeokuta the Ogun state capital.
In a video seen by the Nation, the protesters in their hundreds took to the streets wearing black shirts in honour of the late singer as they chanted Justice for Mohbad.

Some bore placards with inscriptions such as “Justice for Mohbad”


The presence of security operatives was also observed as the youths marched.

The protest caused heavy traffic across major routes in the town.

The new permanent secretary was appointed by Gov. Basorun Adebayo Awosanya appointed as Consultant to Ogun State Governor

Ogun State, Nigeria – August 2025 – In a recent announcement from the Ogun State Government, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, has approved the appointment of Basorun Adebayo Awosanya of Sagamu Local Government as a Consultant to the Governor. The appointment, which was communicated in an official letter from the Governor's office, is set to take effect from Monday, 11th August 2025.
