Therefore, it is important to obey traffic lights, signs, speed limits, and lane markings. Ride with the flow of traffic and leave plenty of room between your bike and other vehicles. Always check behind you and signal before you change lanes. Remember to ride defensively, responsibly and safely.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the review of the Consolidated Health Salary Structure (CONHESS) for Health Professionals in the Federal Public Service. The new salary structure takes effect from the 1st of June, 2023. Basorun Adebayo Awosanya appointed as Consultant to Ogun State Governor

Ogun State, Nigeria – August 2025 – In a recent announcement from the Ogun State Government, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, has approved the appointment of Basorun Adebayo Awosanya of Sagamu Local Government as a Consultant to the Governor. The appointment, which was communicated in an official letter from the Governor's office, is set to take effect from Monday, 11th August 2025. According to the letter, the remuneration and benefits for the new position will be in strict accordance with the state's extant Remuneration Package for Political, Public, and Judicial Office Holders. (Mrs.) Olanike Olawunmi OGUNBONA, FNSE, the former Head of Local Government Administration, Ikenne Local Government, as the Permanent Secretary of the Ogun State Local Government Service Commission. The new permanent secretary was appointed by Gov. ABIODUN on 8th April 2024, alongside the duo of Mr. Augustine Adekunle OYESANWEN, a former Director of Agricultural Planning, Grade Level 17; and Mrs. Arinola Nusirat ADETAYO, who was a Deputy Director, Accounts, Grade Level 16.
