Ex-AMORAN Boss, Otunba Nurudeen Alowonle Commends APC Campaign Committee, Lauds Gov. Abiodun’s Leadership Acumen for Remo By-Election Victory

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, Otunba Nurudeen Aina Alowonle, has applauded the dedication and resilience of the APC Campaign Committee for the just-concluded House of Representatives By-Election in Remo Federal Constituency, which produced Hon. (Dr.) Princess Adesola Ayoola Elegbeji as the winner.

Otunba Alowonle, in his message of commendation, extolled the unity and tireless efforts of the campaign committee, stakeholders and in particular, grassroots members of the party, describing their contributions as the bedrock of the Party's victory. He emphasized that the triumph was not only a reflection of the candidate’s popularity but also a testament to the collective commitment of party faithful who worked round the clock to secure success at the polls.

He reserved special praise for the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, whose visionary leadership and developmental strides across the state he described as a major driving force behind the victory. According to him, the Governor’s achievements in infrastructure, education, health and youth empowerment have continued to endear the APC to the people and even attract members of the opposition into the party’s fold.

“The outstanding performance of His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has been a unifying factor for our party. His commitment to transforming Ogun State is evident across all sectors and this has made the APC a party of choice for the people, including those who once opposed us. The by-election victory in Remo Federal Constituency victory is, therefore, a testament to his impactful governance,” Alowonle stated.

He further commended the teeming members of the party at the grassroots, noting that their loyalty, sacrifice and unwavering enthusiasm greatly contributed to the success of the by-election. He described them as the backbone of the party’s structure and urged them to sustain the momentum as the party continues to consolidate its dominance in Ogun State.

While congratulating the House of Representatives Member-elect, Hon. (Dr.) Princess Adesola Ayoola Elegbeji, Otunba Alowonle charged her to justify the trust and confidence reposed in her by delivering purposeful and people-oriented representation that will enhance the welfare and progress of Remo Federal Constituency.

He reaffirmed his belief that with continued unity and support for Governor Abiodun’s administration, the APC will sustain its winning streak and remain the dominant political force in Ogun State and beyond.
